First pics

You can click on any of the photos to get the higher resolution view.

This is one of the doogwoods on the hill to the NE of the property

View looking down from the old entrance onto the NW corner

Jennifer and Pandy standing in the middle of the easement. The ridge in the background is the access to the easement. If you look closely, you can barely make out the truck parked at the entrance to the easement way up in the RH corner.

Looking up the easement. Needs some improvement before we can get the camper down safely. It isn't as steep as it looks, I took this pic to document the erosion for myself since the details get fuzzy the longer we're away.

Overlooking the property from the easement. Essentially we own to the right of the valley starting somewhere in the wooded area.

The private road that runs along the back ridge of our property. Big rock behind the fence. We think we own everything to the right of the fence, but we have to locate the survey stakes still.

Looking down at the barn from the old entrance.

Looking down at the barn from the far corner of the property about where we will likely put a house. You can just see the old house and camper in the background farther down the hill.

Same view as above from farther away.

Ditto.

View up the ridge from the far corner.

Same.

Looking up from about where the old home site is to one of the neighbor's properties.

Back view of the barn with the old VW we have to get rid of.

Me exploring the barn - lots of good wood make up the barn structure, plus there's quite a bit of sawn timber stored inside.

View from the barn down to the house and old camper

Pandy and I walking up towards the barn from behind the house.

Me standing in the shallow area around the pond at the low point of the property - house behind.

View of the pond and breached dam from the house.

Jennifer and Pandy at the back door of the house. Lots of useable lumber in the house, but it's not very stable as is. We'll probably tear it down before the wasps move in for the summer.

Pandy and I in one of the fields.

Jennifer standing by a large tree and some rocks. House is off the photo to the left.

Looking down into the property from the ridge where the easement starts near the county road.

Jennifer and Pandy standing on the easement looking into the property. Most of our land is off the photo to the left although some is in the woods in the upper LH corner.

New photos...

Here's the outhouse I'm building for the property:
